 Scioto Downs race track is a harness racing track in Columbus, Ohio. It is located a half-mile
south of the Columbus city limits at Route 23.
For more than 40 years, thrilling harness racing events have been held at
this distinguished track. Many of the sport’s human and equine superstars
have competed at Scioto Downs race track. It holds live racing in a season that typically
starts in May and ends in September.
Scioto Downs race track has a 5/8 mile track that many racers have attested as having
a near-perfect racing surface. Observers have also pointed out that banking
is such that speeds will be impressive for fans and fun for racers.
